My husband and I have shopped across NWA looking for the perfect patio conversation set that was not only well built, but also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I’m glad we decided to visit Ashley, as it’s not typically where we’d think to shop for outdoor furniture. To our surprise, they had a nice, unique selection compared to all of the home improvement stores and those stores that specialize in outdoor living. We purchased 3 swivel rockers, 2 love seats, 3 ottomans, 2 rugs and 3 side tables, all within our budget thanks to Kenneth & Summer. We are VERY pleased with the customer service, commitment to quality product and overall experience we received at the Ashley Store in Rogers, AR.

Chandler and Madison were so helpful in helping me find just the right living room furniture combination to suit my style. They lugged furniture cushions to different sofa and chair combinations, perused Pinterest with me, and gave fantastic advice to help me customize to my exact preference. Great experience and will shop here again!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and selection at the Ashley store in Rogers. My husband and I especially appreciated Rome who greeted us at the door and was available when we needed him but never put any pressure on us. We found the comfortable sofa we were looking for and it’s going to be delivered in 3 days. We will definitely be back to purchase other items we are needing soon.

Excellent experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Rogers. The sales person I worked with, Madison, was attentive and knowledgeable. I was also assisted by others on the team who were very helpful and professional. I was ultimately able to get just what I was looking for at a much better rate than anything I saw online.

Such great customer service! Greeted at the door! Went to service desk to turn in a claim for a recliner I was having problems with. They ladies were amazing! Fun and engaging in conversation. They checked my account and let me know I had 49.00 credit do I went shopping and found a great outdoor lantern and throw for my patio! I was so excited! They are so nice and no pressure! Great job!!

Great experience! No pressure sales and we got great advice from the sales rep. Rome was able to help us find very specific furniture needs and line us up with quick delivery. We live in Harrison so it was a bit harder. Will send pix later. Pictures attached! Got these 4 recliners and 3 stools on Thursday and had them put together in just an hour! Great complements to our house and was just in time for graduation party! Outstanding…and very comfortable. Thanks again to Rome and the Ashley crew!!

What an excellent 10-star experience I had today at the Roger’s Ashley store. Greeted by Jayden who was just amazing in helping me figure out furniture for my living. We had such a good time zooming around the store, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I started with a sofa I had seen at another Ashley store and built from that. Jayden and sales manager Ryan (kudos to Ryan for the support -great teamwork) helped me get 2 matching recliners for a great price and then Jayden found the perfect end and coffee tables and an entertainment center, plus 2 perfect lamps. I switched up sofas late in the game and Jayden made sure the other furniture I had selected went perfectly. Checking out and doing the paperwork with Destiny, who was so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly capped a super shopping experience. I could not be happier with the furniture I purchased and I know it will look great in my new home. Such a great team of hard working pros who clearly care about their customers and their happiness. I left the store walking out with Jayden, and just feeling so grateful for being able to work with this incredible team. Can’t wait to share photos with them after delivery. I will be buying all my furniture now on from Dylan. There was a mixup with my order and I didn’t get the in home setup like we agreed on. I called Dylan and him and his manager Ryan drove to my house 30 mins away from the store. Moved my prior couch downstairs and set it up for me. Then set up my new couch. I was shocked. That’s customer service. I’m a customer for life now. I’m more than satisfied. Mistakes happen, it’s how you react that marks a good sales person! Quality isn’t just the furniture. It’s the customer service too. Very impressed!!

My wife and I had a great experience with the sales associate Michael. Super relatable, not pushy, down to earth. My wife tries to avoid any sort of salesmen ( car lots, furniture stores) but she felt working with Michael was much more of an positive experience for her and appeared to relate easily to people and enjoy his job

I'm in the process of buying a new home right now and was really scared about buying furniture due to not knowing exactly what I wanted. This is the first time I have made a big purchase like this other than my car. But the experience that I had with Donny and Nathan was absolutely amazing. Not a single second did I feel like an inconvenience or just someone they could make money off. If I wasn't sure about something, they would ask me what I liked and didn't like and then adjust what they were showing me. They were very patient with me as well and made the whole buying experience very enjoyable. I am so happy with the furniture that I got and I was able to even get more than I expected and still stay in budget! I would highly recommend going and asking for either one of them.
